[SOLVED] Samba Shares Permissions

I upgraded to 19.1 from 17.2
I setup samba shares, my shared folders are visible on Windows 7 laptop and android phone just I cannot access them says I don't have permission.
My WDTV Live media doesn't selection upwards the PC at all on the network.
Also if I endeavor on Mint 19.1 PC to access them in windows network/workgroup its the aforementioned story.
Likewise when I reboot my shared folders aren't shared any more?
I remember having similar issue mode dorsum when I installed Mint 17, I have read through some of the other posts on this and made a few changes but its fabricated no difference.
